Monday again after another busy weekend.

The Seniors squad travelled to Dalkeith on Saturday short on numbers to compete for the Pete Smith Trophy. They were greeted by a beautiful clear blue sky and a familiar face in Chris on the clubhouse doorstep. The game kicked off with the sun shining on the pitch but not on the Rams. Dalkeith, with strength in numbers and on the pitch, dominated the scoreboard to the end racking up a 72 - 7 win. Sadly the trophy will be away from home for another year. The team joined the hosts to enjoy the Scotland game thereafter and spent the day in typical Dalkeith / Moffat style - hydrated, vocal and with a few extra items on the return bus journey. Pete would be proud we kept that tradition going 😆!! Thank you to Carol for your warm welcome and all at Dalkeith RFC for your hospitality and entertainment. Coach Cammy shot across from the match to hospitality at Murrayfield to watch young Munro run out with Finn Russell and the rest of the Scotland team to finally put on the performance we all knew they were capable off (and when better to do it!) Munro had an absolutely blast and what a game to be a mascot for! No games for the juniors yesterday but a fun training session was had.

This week's training:- 🔵Seniors - Tuesday and Thursday at Moffat Academy at 7pm 🔵Secondary - Tuesday and Thursday at Moffat Academy at 630pm 🔵Primary - Wednesday at Moffat Academy at 630pm
