100 Club Membership Application 

 

To become a member of the “100 Club” and have the chance of winning 1st Place £160 - Second Place £80 - 3rd Place £40 & 4th/5th Place £20 each month, as well as supporting the development of the Club, all you need to do is:

 

Complete the form above and set up your standing order.  We will keep an eye on your first payment arriving,  we will then enter you into that months draw. 

 

 We will allocate you a number once your payment is confirmed and your number will be included in that month’s draw and all subsequent draws while payments continue.  The monthly draw is carried out at the Committee meeting, which is usually the last Monday of each month.
